SmartsFitness Coaching Online – Shipping Policy
Digital Products & Online Services
SmartsFitness Coaching provides digital coaching services, eBooks, programs, and online course materials. No physical items are shipped.
Once your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed:

Digital files (eBooks, PDFs, programs) are delivered instantly via email and/or your account download page.

Coaching access (Trainerize, online portals, memberships) is delivered within 1–24 hours depending on automated processing and account setup.
If you do not receive your digital order within the expected timeframe, contact support immediately.
Order Confirmation
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details.
If the email doesn’t show up within a few minutes, check spam or junk folders.
Failed Delivery (Email Issues)
Sometimes email providers block or delay automated messages. If your download link or access instructions don’t arrive:

Check spam/junk/promotions.

Add our email to your safe list.

Contact support with your order name and email.
We’ll resend everything manually if needed.
Access to Purchased Content

Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

Coaching programs and app access are provided through the platform you signed up with (e.g., Trainerize, Wix Members Area, etc.).

If a program includes future updates, those are delivered digitally as well.

Incorrect Email at Checkout
If you entered the wrong email address during checkout, email support right away with proof of purchase so we can fix it.
Refunds & Returns
Because products are delivered digitally and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds unless stated in a product-specific guarantee.
