SmartsFitness – Refund Policy
At SmartsFitness, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and coaching services. Because our offerings are delivered electronically and/or involve personalised coaching time, the following refund terms apply.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Programs, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final.
Once purchased, digital files are immediately accessible, meaning they cannot be returned or revoked.
We do not offer refunds for:

Ebooks

PDF programs
-
Training plans
-
Digital guides
-
Courses or downloadable content
Exceptions are only made if:

You were charged twice in error
-
You received a duplicate order
-
The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side
In these cases, we will resend access or issue a correction.
2. Online Coaching Services
Because coaching requires time, planning, and personalised work, all coaching fees are non-refundable, including:

1:1 online coaching

Group coaching
-
Monthly subscription coaching

Check-in services
-
Trainerize app access through coaching
If you choose to discontinue coaching before your plan ends, unused time is not eligible for refund.
3. Subscription Billing
If you are on a subscription (weekly, monthly, or recurring), you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date.
Refunds are not issued for:

Forgetting to cancel

Changing your mind
-
Not using the service
-
Missing check-ins
You will retain access until your billing period ends.
4. Coaching Delivery Issues
If you do not receive onboarding materials or access due to an error on our side, we will correct the issue quickly.
This does not qualify for refunds but we will ensure you receive what you paid for.
5. Technical Problems
If a product or download fails due to a technical glitch, we will:

Resend the digital files

Provide alternative download links

Restore app access
These solutions replace refund requests.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for delivered digital products or services is considered fraudulent.
SmartsFitness reserves the right to:

Revoke access to all services

Block future purchases

Provide supporting evidence to payment processors
Always contact us first if there is an issue — we will help.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare, extreme cases such as:

Duplicate payments

System errors

Proven fraudulent use of your card

A genuine failure on our side to deliver services
All decisions are at SmartsFitness’ discretion.
